Head of eCommerce EMEA


Are you a visionary B2B eCommerce leader ready to drive digital growth for multiple brands across EMEA?


Brady, a global industrial leader in safety, identification and compliance solutions, is seeking a high impact Head of eCommerce EMEA. This is a pivotal role to lead the growth and performance of the digital platforms and sales channels for multiple brands in the EMEA region. You will be the regional champion for our global digital platforms and storefronts, translating business objectives into exceptional customer experience that maximizes Return on Advertising Spend (RoAS). You will manage a highly motivated and skilled international team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists.


  • Strategy & Vision: Shape and influence the direction and roadmap of our B2B e-commerce platforms, aligning regional priorities with global initiatives.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive the conversion of online traffic into significant e-commerce revenue and qualified sales leads. Develop strategies to increase online order placement and repeat purchases.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Optimization: Champion a customer-centric approach, leading initiatives to optimize site journeys, navigation, search, checkout processes, and self-service capabilities.
  • Platform Performance: Utilize web analytics to establish and monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop an international team of e-commerce managers and specialists, fostering a culture of co-operation and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary e-commerce point of contact, ensuring alignment with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to successfully execute initiatives.


What You'll Bring: The Essentials

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven leader with a proven ability to achieve measurable results.


  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive e-commerce management experience, with at least 3–5 years focused specifically on B2B e-commerce platforms in an international context.
  • Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Magento and SiteCore, and experience interlinking them with complex systems like ERPs (e.g. SAP) and PIMS (e.g. STEP).
  • Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, MarTech tools to optimize online journeys (UX, CX) and web analytics.
  • Impactful Track Record: Proven success in significantly growing e-commerce revenue and leads through platform optimization.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education & Skills: Master’s degree in digital marketing or related field, strong project management skills, and a result-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory, every other language is a plus.
